  1. Francis O. Jenkins I received bankruptcy claim for 3090D. Case 19-00174-RLM-7A for the Coop is closed. The form states that if you are a secured creditor you retain collateral rights regardless of whether they file a claim.

Am I considered a secured creditor?

The government system did not allow a claim to be filed because the case is closed.

    Thank you Petej…..

    1. Hi Pete,
I just checked the court web site and was able to start a claim. It doesn’t appear to me that the case shows closed. For the question “are you a secured creditor”, I’d suggest you send an email to our attorney, Meredith Theisen. I’m not qualified to answer that question and we’ve been advised to direct all questions to her. Meredith’s email address is mtheisen@rubin-levin.net .
      Thanks,
      Mike Johnston
